Step 1: Select a tour package

Step 2: Confirm availability, cost and travel dates
You will keep in contact with our tour consultants who will help confirm the availability of the gorilla permits and accommodation. You may then confirm your travel dates and agree on the cost of the package selected.
Step 3: Confirmation of the booking
To confirm your booking, you are required to deposit at least 30-40% of the total amount which is used to secure your gorilla permits. You are also required to send your passport details (Name, number, and nationality) which are needed to be printed on your gorilla permits.
Step 4: Balance payment
The balance may be paid in cash on arrival before the tour commences, or 2 weeks to the tour. We do not accept credit cards, or bank transfer on arrival.
